Welcome to
pINK
Olivia 'Heartbreaker' Badilla The fierce and fearless Queen of Ink with a heart of gold. Owner of PINK which she runs with business partner and best friend, Sketch. Outside of her shop and her friends, the only thing that matters to Heartbreaker is her seventeen-year-old niece, Madi, whom she's raised from the time she was twelve. Favorite Quote: No one wants to be seen as broken, Lucas, so we act whole, even when we’re shattered. Because we don’t want to be seen for our missing pieces.
Stella 'Sketch' Rousseau Sketch is the yin to Heartbreaker's yang. Whatever they've faced over the years, they've done it together. And building PINK from nothing was no different. Without her sister, the only real family Sketch has in her life, is the one she's built for herself through the shop. Favorite Quote: “It’s the avocado predicament.”

Madi March Badilla Her mother, both tragically tormented and beautifully eccentric, named her daughter in honor of her favorite story - Alice In Wonderland. Madi's mom passed shortly after she was born and she was raised mostly by her grandfather, until he died when she was twelve. Since then she's been living with her crazy aunt. Favorite Quote: She says she’s not into the idea of having ginger grandnieces or nephews with mini guitars strapped across their onesies just yet.

Lucas 'Lucky-Luke' McNealy Aware that Heartbreaker would never see him as anything more than a kid, Lucas took off and left home as soon as he could. Seven years in the army later, she's bound to notice the difference between the boy he once was and the man he now is. Favorite Quote: “You’re the girl, Liv. No matter where I wind up going or what life I wind up living, you’re the girl I want standing beside me. The only girl, Liv.”
Nathanial 'Memphis' Turner Rodeoing and riding bulls have been his whole world since his 'whole world' disappeared on him one night when he was eighteen. Coming home after eight years on the road feels a lot like starting over. But moving on still feels just as impossible. Favorite Quote: “There’s no getting past it. There’s living with it. Dying with it. Pushing forward with it. But there’s no getting past it.”
Ten days. That's all the time I have. Ten days to accept my father's death. Ten days to decide my niece's fate. Ten days to change my entire life. I can't do it. I don't want to do it. Not alone. Then Lucas shows up...
Nine. The number of years between us. Nine. And that’s just one reason it’ll never work. I have eight more. One for every year I’ve been alive longer than he has. They’re simple reasons. Obvious ones. And all I should need to know to understand that giving Lucas McNealy even half a thought, is a total and complete waste of time. Only he doesn’t seem to know that. If he did, I’m sure he wouldn’t keep showing up. In my thoughts. At my shop. And on my doorstep.
Eight seconds at a time. That’s how you beat the bull. Survive the ride. Win. Eight seconds at a time. It’s been drilled into me for as long as I can remember. To help me focus. Manage my fear. Stay in control. Eight seconds at a time. I can do anything eight seconds at a time. Even get over her. Riot. When she disappeared, it was all I could think to do. Keep breathing. Keep moving. Keep living. Eight seconds at a time. Until eight seconds turned to eight minutes. Eight hours. Eight
